IOWA – According to the court documents, her name is Jessica Reznicek and she caused the damage at different times from 2016 into 2017. Reznicek damaged valves and set construction equipment on fire.  Reznicek is currently on house arrest and she is awaiting her prison assignment. The 29-year-old man is also charged with 1st Degree Theft in relation to a vehicle theft that occurred in the 1300 block of North Harrison Street. He was booked into the Scott County Jail. The mother and father of a 10-year-old child chased down a man with guns after they caught him peeping through their daughter’s window and touching himself inappropriately. A drunk driver scarred the life of a family after knocking down an 11-year-old boy and dragging him for several feet before finally bringing his car to a halt. On June 10, the man was driving in Colorado, when he rammed into the young boy while turning near an intersection.
