IOWA – According to the statement, the two nurses had been terminated.  About the incident – 77 inmates were given up to six times the proper dose for the Pfizer version of the coronavirus vaccine. The department has never explained how the overdoses happened. The inmates suffered normal side effects of the vaccine, such as fatigue and body aches, and none of the inmates suffered side effects that required hospitalization.  The officials say that the results of the investigation into what happened would be confidential.

Davenport, IA – According to the police officials, the shooting occurred around 9:40 Monday morning. It happened near the corner of West Pleasant Street and North Main Street in Davenport. Davenport Police Department officers responded to a report about two cars exchanging gunfire.  When the officers arrived on scene, they found a number of shell casings. No injuries have been reported. The investigation is ongoing. This story will be updated when new information is available. 

Bettendorf, IA – According to the police officials, this unfortunate incident around 2:00 a.m. Sunday. The driver was heading on State Street, when he lost control on the curve and hit several used vehicles before hitting the Premier Picks Auto building. He also hit a downtown decorative planter. The suspect fled the scene before police arrived. He ran southbound across State Street and disappeared in-between the buildings. IOWA – According to the statement, this unfortunate incident occurred around 9:40 p.m. at 501 S. Washington Blvd., Camanche. Camanche Fire Department crew responded to a report of a structure fire. When they arrived on scene, they found a one-story home with moderate smoke coming from the front door. Two adults and one child were home at the time of the fire.  Damage is estimated at $75,000 to the structure and $25,000 to contents. This incident is under investigation.

A commercial lobster diver was swallowed whole by a humpback whale as he was going about his business, only to be spat out again almost a minute later. As per incredible reports, the 56-year-old man was working off the coast and was about 35-feet below the surface of the water on, when everything suddenly went dark.
