Pinc was a physician in the organization who was killed in a boating accident in LeClaire, Iowa on August 16, 2020. This unfortunate accident also took the life of her fiancé and injured several other people. Perdue II and he faces charges of intimidation with a dangerous weapon, going armed with intent, and possession of a firearm or offensive weapon by a felon. Davenport, IA – According to the court documents, her name is Michelle R. Fix and she is charged with leaving the scene of an accident causing death, a Class D felony punishable by five years in prison. The 53-year-old woman was cited for failure to provide proof of financial liability and speeding as well. Fix made an initial appearance on the charges Friday. She waived her right to a preliminary hearing and will be arraigned on June 24. She was released under the Department of Correctional Services supervision.

IOWA – According to the police officials, his name is John Richard Reyes Sr. and he is charged with two counts of indecent contact with a child. Note that each of the charges is an aggravated misdemeanor under Iowa law that carries a prison sentence of two years. The 74-year-old man admitted to police that he improperly touched a 9-year-old girl. The incidents occurred between March 8 and March 31.
