Deepak Kulkarni, 50, his wife Arti Adya Kulkarni, 47, and their sons Shubham, 14, and Sharvil, 7, have been identified as the slain family. Out of state relatives of the Kulkarni family had contacted the West Whiteland Township Police Department on Sunday afternoon requesting a welfare check, police said. Davenport, IA – His name is Gabriel Hoyt, local resident, and he faces two charges of possession with intent to deliver, two charges of having no drug-tax stamp, and parole violation, all felonies. According to the police officials, around 7:10 p.m. Sept. 6, 2020, Davenport police responded to the 400 block of East 9th Street about a disturbance and someone being held against their will.
