Davenport, IA – According to the police officials, he stole almost $300,000 and now he faces Davenport Police Department charges of one count of theft and one count of ongoing criminal activity. His name is Dwayne A. Rupp and he is 57-year-old. He allegedly stole from LPW-I, Inc., a machinery movement and installation company based in Davenport.
