Davenport Police Department officers responded to a shooting call. The responding officers saw the suspect’s vehicle and initiated a traffic stop. The 13-year-old driver of the vehicle, who also suffered a gunshot wound, was arrested and taken into custody. Mason City, IOWA – According to the Iowa State Patrol, the fatal crash occurred right after 11 p.m. late Monday night. It happened near the intersection of 265th Street and Yarrow Avenue. Iowa State Patrol troopers responded to a report of a crash. Bremer County, IOWA – According to the Iowa DNR, the construction will not impact boat traffic on the rest of the marsh. Officials also announced that this project will repair more than two miles of the 70-year-old dike network, improve three miles of in-marsh channels used for boating access, remove sediment to create deep-water areas and fix the water control structure. Allamakee County Sheriff’s deputies, Waukon Police Department officers, Veterans Memorial Hospital Ambulance personnel, Waukon Fire Department crews and Allamakee County Emergency Management responded to a report of a crash involving a motorcycle.
