Cedar Rapids, IOWA – According to the court documents, his name is Bret Klima and he was sentenced to 30 years in prison. The 32-year-old defendant pleaded guilty to one count each of homicide by vehicle-operating under the influence and serious injury by a vehicle. Klima was sentenced on Monday, court records say.
