Davenport, IOWA – According to the court documents, his name is Quashawn Terrell Lee and he was sentenced to 9 years in federal prison. Prosecutors say the 22-year-old defendant was involved in a shooting incident in June of 2020. During that incident, the 22-year-old man brandished a handgun and fired several shots at a moving vehicle in the parking lot. He was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Rose.
