Davenport, IOWA – According to the Davenport Police Department, his name is Brandon Lee Lyman and he is charged with conspiracy to commit a forcible felony and accessory after the fact. Authorities say the 37-year-old suspect is also charged with misdemeanor driving while barred, fifth-degree theft and having an open container of alcohol. Des Moines, IOWA – According to the Des Moines Police Department, this unfortunate incident occurred around 12:45 a.m. early Sunday morning. It happened at the High Dive Bar on Indianola road. Cedar Rapids, IOWA – According to the Cedar Rapids Police Department, the shooting occurred right before 10 p.m. Friday. It happened in the 800 block of Camburn Court SE. Cedar Rapids Police Department officers responded to a shooting call. The responding officers found two victims suffering from gunshot wounds. Both victims suffered non life-threatening injuries and were taken to a hospital for treatment. No suspects have been arrested yet. This incident remains under investigation. Davenport, IOWA – According to the court documents, his name is Quashawn Terrell Lee and he was sentenced to 9 years in federal prison. Prosecutors say the 22-year-old defendant was involved in a shooting incident in June of 2020. During that incident, the 22-year-old man brandished a handgun and fired several shots at a moving vehicle in the parking lot. He was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Rose. Prosecutors say the defendant must serve three years on supervised release when he completes his prison sentence. This story will be updated as new information become available.

Davenport, IOWA – According to the Davenport Police Department, this unfortunate accident occurred around 4:45 p.m. Thursday. Police say it happened at the intersection of Locust Street and Lincoln Avenue Davenport Police Department officers responded to a report of a crash.  Authorities say the pedestrian was walking westbound in the crosswalk when a pickup truck traveling eastbound made a left turn northbound and struck the pedestrian. The 60-year-old woman suffered serious injuries and was taken to a hospital. This incident remains under investigation. According to the police officials, the 22-year-old suspect killed three members of his family and attempted to kill a fourth relative. The shooting occurred around 5:45 a.m. Friday. He was arrested three hours later and more than 100 miles away from the initial crime scene. Sheriff Rowland said that multiple firearms were in plain view, such as long guns and the 22-year-old suspect was actively wearing ballistic body armor.
