According to the police officials, the 80-year-old mother is being held on a $1 million bond for the alleged murder on Tuesday of her own daughter at her home. For unknown reasons, the woman allegedly pulled out a gun and shot her 52-year-old daughter in the shoulder area, killing her. It happened near the corner of Great River Road and Pleasant Avenue in Millville. Iowa State Patrol troopers responded to a report of a crash. The primary colors of the Cedar Rapids Flag are blue, green and white. The blue represents the Cedar River. The green shape depicts Mays Island and represents the various green and grassy areas in the city. The white arch the makes a border between the blue and green represents homes, businesses, infrastructure, and flood protection. IOWA – According to the court documents, his name is David Sean Hunter and he was sentenced Friday for first-degree murder in the November 2019 death of Christopher Swalwell.   Prosecutors say the 57-year-old defendant gave the victim his credit card information in order to create an account for a game on Xbox. He thought the charge would be $1, but the charge was actually $15.99. Prosecutors say Hunter was so angry over the charge that he went to confront Swalwell in his room. Davenport, IOWA – According to the court documents, his name is Matthew Cheatheam and he faces a felony charge of willful injury (causing bodily injury) and an aggravated misdemeanor charge of assault while displaying a dangerous weapon. This incident occurred around 1:30 a.m. Saturday. It happened at 2820 Rockingham Road. Davenport Police Department officers responded to a report of an assault.
