Davenport, IA – According to the court documents, his name Justin L. Wright and he was booked on first-degree murder charges.
Wright remains behind bars on a $500,000 cash-only bond.
The altercation reportedly took place on Mother’s Day afternoon around 1:30 p.m. in Davenport.
Wilanna Bibbs was pronounced dead at the scene once police showed up after receiving a domestic dispute call.
