His name is Andre Roberts Jr. and he is charged with attempted murder, person ineligible to carry dangerous weapons, intimidation with a dangerous weapon and use of a dangerous weapon in the commission of a crime. The 4-year-old boy, who was found dead in his home after going missing, died of asphyxiation, authorities have confirmed. The young boy from Utah had disappeared and was reported as missing after being put to bed the night before. Police and local volunteers embarked on a frantic search for him, but he was tragically found dead inside a small toy chest in his bedroom. Davenport, IA – According to the statement, the Davenport City Council members officially met on Wednesday, July 28. The 18-item plan passed on a 9-1 vote. Officials say that the West Locust Sewer Project won the largest part of money. With the $14 million, the council is hopeful that project can officially be finished. The 33-year-old man was driving Kawasaki EX300 motorcycle east on State Street.  A 47-year-old woman was driving a Nissan Rogue, which was stopped facing west in the center turn lane while she waited to make a left-hand turn into a parking lot. A 2-year-old boy has died after falling from the second floor of a mall in Colorado. Authorities have confirmed the young boy who fell from the second story of the Town Center Mall on Saturday has died from his injuries.
