A 2-year-old boy has died after falling from the second floor of a mall in Colorado. Authorities have confirmed the young boy who fell from the second story of the Town Center Mall on Saturday has died from his injuries. Police are asking anyone who witnessed the incident and have not spoken to the police to come forward. A family all-terrain vehicle riding in Oklahoma ended in tragedy when a fight between husband and wife escalated into murder. According to the police officials, an argument over food escalated to the point that her husband, Christopher, said that he wanted a divorce, at which point his wife, Chanelle,  said she was going to run him over. “There was some alcohol involved,” police said. Davenport, IOWA – According to the court documents, his name is Norman R. Bolton Jr. and he was sentenced July 21 on two counts of delivery of methamphetamine. The 40-year-old man pleaded guilty to the charges in April.  Judge Bert suspended a sentence of up to 10 years and suspended a fine of $1,370 on each count. The 40-year-old man was placed on supervised probation for three years and ordered to successfully complete the Salvation Army program in Davenport. IOWA – According to the police officials, his name is Taurus Puckett and he was arrested around 4:50 a.m. Sunday. The 47-year-old man is charged with attempted murder, willful injury, armed with intent, and domestic abuse assault. Authorities say the suspect went to the victim’s New Liberty home due to an ongoing domestic dispute. Puckett shot the victim and then fled the scene. The victim was taken to the hospital.
