Davenport, IA – According to the police officials, Ilana Poulin and Timothy Doyle face numerous drug-related and child-endangerment charges. Authorities conducted a search warrant on a residence in Blue Grass and they found psilocybin mushroom labs and a marijuana grow lab. According to the statement, if a destructive Severe Thunderstorm Warning is issued, this will activate a Wireless Emergency Alert on smartphones in the warned area. Davenport, IA – According to the court documents, his name is Dustin Cory Jungvirtand he pleaded guilty to one count of insurance fraud. The 31-year-old man admitted to lying about the date and time of a 2018 claim for his renter’s insurance to obtain benefits he would not have been entitled to. He was sentenced to five years in prison to be served consecutively with recent convictions on unrelated offenses. The investigation was conducted by the Iowa Insurance Division. Davenport, IA – According to the statement, Hy-Vee will host walk-up immunization clinics from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. The Hy-Vee clinics will be held at the West Grand Exhibit Area for the duration of the Iowa State Fair. The clinics will offer free COVID-19 vaccines to people age 12 and up. According to the statement, the Hy-Vee clinics will also offer seasonal flu vaccines. The clinic will offer vaccines from Johnson & Johnson and Pfizer. According to the health officials, these vaccines are considered extremely effective at preventing hospitalizations due to COVID-19 and worse.

Davenport, IA – According to the statement, the overflow is located on Walnut Creek near Blue Grass Rd.  Officials are reporting that the overflow is the result of a blockage combined with pipe failure. The City of Davenport advises everyone to avoid Walnut Creek from Blue Grass Road downstream to Black Hawk Creek.
