His name is Aaron Munn and he committed 2nd-degree arson when he intentionally set a car on fire that did not belong to him. The 29-year-old man is being charged with 2nd-degree arson, a felony and possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. The estimated amount of damages to the car is $750. The young boy narrowly escaped an unusual accident thanks to his teenage brother, who sprung into action and saved him from under a tree.
