The altercation reportedly took place on Mother’s Day afternoon around 1:30 p.m. in Davenport. Davenport, IA – According to the police officials, his name is Sean Patrick Huffman and he assaulted sisters who were 7 and 14 at the time. The officials have reported that the assaults reportedly took place at a residence in Eldridge. The 43-year-old man was arrested by the Eldridge Police Department.  Huffman has been charged with one count of second-degree sexual abuse, a class B felony with a maximum prison term of 25 years, and one count of third-degree sexual abuse, a class C felony with a maximum prison term of 10 years.  The suspect is being held in the…

A frightening crash on a bridge in Maryland sent eight people, including an infant, to the hospital. The multi-vehicle crash left vehicle dangerously dangling over a guardrail. According to officials, an infant was ejected from that vehicle and rescued, when a quick-thinking good samaritan jumped from the bridge into the water. Around 2:50 p.m. Ocean City fire and police units responded to a vehicle crash on the Route 90 bridge in Ocean City. The couple from Iowa are now facing charges of first-degree kidnapping and neglect of a dependent person in connection with the alleged abuse. The 16-year-old special needs teen weighed just 79 pounds when he was removed from their home by the Department of Human Services. Medical staff determined he was suffering from severe malnutrition and had multiple non-healing abrasions and bruises from ongoing abuse he allegedly endured for years. Herron is charged with homicide by vehicle, serious injury by vehicle, leaving the scene of an accident and driving with a suspended or denied license. According to the police officials, this unfortunate incident occurred around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday when a car collided with two motorcycles. Davenport, IA – According to the statement, charges were announced against Henry Dinkins on Wednesday.   Before that he had been considered a person of interest in the case and had been incarcerated on unrelated charges. He is the father of Breasia’s half-brother. On July 9, the 10-year-old girl spent the night with her brother, at Dinkins’ Davenport apartment.  Her brother came home the next morning, but Breasia did not.
