The mother is suing a school district in Colorado after the girl was refused to use the restroom by her teacher. She was physically restrained and injured when she flung around feces in the room after getting agitated because she had soiled her pants while waiting. A 14-year-old non-verbal autistic girl was not allowed to go to the restroom by her teacher, and she soiled her clothes. Subsequently, she got agitated and began to fling feces around the room. The CDC and FDA recommended a pause on use of the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine. Iowa health officials and vaccine providers are following the recommendation. Gov. Davenport, IA – According to the court documents, his name is Keith Allen Shrum and he pleaded guilty to one count each of production of child pornography and receiving child pornography. The 32-year-old man is scheduled to be sentenced July 28 in U.S. District Court, Davenport. A charge of possession of child pornography was dismissed in the plea agreement. He could receive up to 20 years in federal prison for the charge of receiving child pornography.

Davenport, IA – According to the police officials, his name is Isaiah Devontez Robinson and he was booked into the Scott County Jail on one count of eluding, a Class D felony punishable by five years in prison. The 20-year-old man was released less than two hours later after a $5,000 bond was posted on his behalf. Robinson has a preliminary hearing on May 4. No one was injured. According to the court documents, the suspect has pending drug charges in Scott County and marijuana, aggravated fleeing, and resisting charges in Rock Island County.

The Virginia police officer who challenged a uniformed Black Army medic at gunpoint during a traffic stop before dousing him with pepper spray has been fired, according to officials. As per reports, the officer instigated the traffic stop when he pulled over Caron, a second lieutenant in the U.S. Army Medical Corps.
