According to the police officials, the 27-year-old man has been indicted on Thursday on multiple felony charges for the Sept. 19 death of 22-year-old man. Prosecutors say the suspect fatally shot the 22-year-old victim outside of a nightclub because the victim spoke to and complimented his girlfriend. Black Hawk County, IOWA – According to the Iowa State Patrol, this incident occurred north of County Road D-46, right after 2 p.m. Sunday. Iowa State Patrol trooper initiated a traffic stop on a pickup truck for speeding on Highway 21. Authorities say the driver gave wrong information about his ID and then drove away, prompting a car chase. The vehicle pursuit lasted around 30 minutes before the pickup crashed at the intersection of Tama Road and M Avenue. Marshalltown Fire Department crews responded to a report of a house fire. When the crews arrived on scene, they were able to gain entry to the home where they found a 71-year-old victim. Hardin County, IOWA – According to the Iowa State Patrol, troopers responded to a report of a crash right after 12 p.m. Sunday. Buick Regal driving southbound left the roadway for an unknown reason. The driver then overcorrected, causing the vehicle to strike the side of a Jeep Grand Cherokee. The Jeep then crashed into the ditch and landed on its top. According to the police officials, the 21-year-old man made his way into the two-bedroom house on Sept. 24. Deputies responded to a report that someone was dead on the property.
