Davenport, IA – According to the police officials, his name is Dustin Paught and was arrested on a warrant. The 35-year-old man was booked into Scott County Jail after his pretrial release was revoked. He is being held on at $15,000 cash-only bond. The incident occurred around 2:15 a.m. on May 5. It happened in the 300 block of Gaines Street in Davenport. DPD officers responded to a report of individuals breaking windows of businesses and throwing objects at vehicles. Davenport, IA – According to the police officials, his name is Jasper Tillotson and he is being held on bond in Scott County Jail. DPD officers executed a search warrant in the 1500 block of Ripley Street. During the investigation, police found a  three glass pipes, a digital scale with cocaine residue and metal spoons with cocaine residue. The 59-year-old man admitted he smokes crack cocaine and that various people come to the residence to smoke crack cocaine together. Both suspects are charged with first-degree murder in connection with the death of a 32-year-old woman. The 32-year-old woman is a Texas resident and she vanished last October. Authorities in Missouri were led to her body in mid-July by two witnesses. Authorities say that one of the witnesses was a 13-year-old girl the couple allegedly abused sexually. That child told police that both suspects, Michael Hendricks and Maggie Ybarra, confessed to her that they murdered Aubry. Davenport, IA – According to the police officials, this unfortunate incident occurred around 12:45 a.m. Thursday. It happened at a Kwik Star, 1001 Blairs Ferry Rd. in Cedar Rapids. Cedar Rapids Police Department officers responded to a report of a possible stolen vehicle. The responding officers found the stolen Ford F250 and saw one suspect sitting in the driver’s seat. His name is Kerry Robin Nading, of Davenport, and he was arrested. The 55-year-old man had a valid warrant out of Linn County for absence from custody. He faces charges of second-degree theft, unlawful possession of a prescription drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Davenport Police Department officers responded to a report of a robbery.
