Davenport, IA – According to the court documents, his name is Keith Allen Shrum to 210 months in prison. The 32-year old man will be on supervised release for 10 years and have to register as a sex offender. He admitted to sexually abusing a child, producing child pornography related to that sexual abuse and receiving child pornography over the internet. Authorities found thousands of images of child pornography that belonged to Shrum, dating back to 2016. This story will be updated as new information become available.

Davenport, IA – According to the officials, fair won’t be limiting capacity in any buildings.  The organizers say they will take the CDC’s guidance into consideration and they plan to let families decide if they want to wear masks. Gary Slater, Manager at Iowa State Fair, said: “The CDC is not requiring masks, they’re recommending them. That is what we are endorsing. The 25-year-old man is accused of murdering the 72-year-old woman and dumping her body in the woods. He was taken into police custody and charged with the second-degree murder and concealment of a body. The woman was last seen shortly before 8 p.m. on June 3 at a grocery store.
