Davenport, IA – According to the police officials, his name is Michael Dean Roberson Jr. and he has been charged with domestic abuse assault, a misdemeanor, and second-degree kidnapping and assault while participating in a felony. Davenport, IA – According to the court documents, his name is Henry Dinkins and he entered the pleas Wednesday in Scott County District Court. Dinkins is accused of kidnapping Breasia Terrell from a Davenport apartment complex in July, fatally shooting her and hiding her body in rural eastern Iowa. The 10-year-old girl was the half-sister of Dinkins’ son. Police say both children were staying the night with him at the apartment where he was living with a girlfriend. IOWA – According to the statement, officers responded to a Des Moines hospital Tuesday morning after medical workers reported that the child’s body had been brought in by family members. The health officials said that the child had been dead for some time. Police say the child had been left in the care of Brandon Davon Greenup the night before. The 28-year-old man became aware overnight that the child was unable to breathe and failed to seek medical help. But, an autopsy showed the toddler suffered injuries that someone had inflicted.
