According to the police report, the shooting occurred approximately at 1 a.m. Monday at the Shady Acres Apartments in Ryan, where arriving sheriff’s deputies found Hierrezuelo dead inside an apartment. IOWA – According to the statement, he caused a crash that killed a Minburn woman and seriously injured her 7-year-old son. His name is Stephen Wink, 53-year-old, of Council Bluffs. He has been charged with driving while barred, driving with a revoked license, driving under suspension and having an open container of alcohol in his vehicle. Wink was driving, when his vehicle crossed the center line on a road south of Perry and crashed head-on into a vehicle driven by 39-year-old Danyel Hardisty. Hardisty died at the scene. Her 7-year-old son remains hospitalized with broken bones and internal injuries.

Davenport, IA – According to the statement, this unfortunate incident occurred around 5 a.m. on Sunday. Four residents of the home tried to escape down the stairs after being alerted of the fire by a smoke alarm, but were unable due to smoke and heat. They went out on a porch roof where they were rescued by responding fire fighters. Crews battled the advanced fire and frigid temperatures. No fire fighters were injured during the blaze. The fire was caused by a space heater being used in the three season porch in the back of the home.

IOWA – According to the police report, this unfortunate incident occurred on Monday, around 4:30 p.m. in the 1100 block of Highway 218. According to the police officials, one semi crossed over the median and hit the other semi. The driver of the first semi is now at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester.
