The house targeted was once the home of use-of-force expert Barry Brodd who recently testified in the George Floyd trial in favor of the former police officer, Derek Chauvin. IOWA – According to the court documents, his name is Jesse Allen McIntosh and he was sentenced last week. He pleaded guilty earlier this month to two counts of third-degree sexual abuse. The 43-year-old man was arrested and charged in February with two county of second-degree sexual abuse of a child younger than 12. According to the police officials, the abuse took place in a Des Moines house.

IOWA – According to the police officials, a 17-year-old girl was found around 9:10 p.m. Monday unconscious on the ground of the facility in rural Swea City. Her name is Victoria Marie Parra Lerdo, of Rockwell City. According to the police officials, the teen was helping to clean and power wash the facility when she was found by someone who was also working in the area. She was taken to a hospital in Algona, where she was pronounced dead. An autopsy has been ordered to determine her cause of death. This story will be updated when new information is available.

Davenport, IA – Unfortunately, the Iowa Department of Public Health reported 7 additional COVID-19-related deaths as well. The state is reporting a total of 361,314 people in Iowa have tested positive for COVID-19 and 5,893 people have died with the virus. A total of 3,267 individuals were reportedly tested over the last 24 hours. A total of 1,689,310 individuals have been tested in Iowa since the pandemic began. Davenport, IA – According to the police officials, his name is Queshan Terrell Harris and he was booked into the Scott County Jail on charges of eluding, a Class D felony punishable by five years in prison, and operating without owner’s consent, an aggravated misdemeanor punishable by two years in prison. The 25-year-old man was also cited for driving while license suspended, reckless driving, and failure to obey traffic control device. He also was wanted on a warrant in an unrelated domestic abuse assault case. This story will be updated when new information is available.

IOWA – According to the court documents, his name is Ajayi Marcel McIntyre and he was sentenced to 18 years in prison. McIntyre distributed heroin in April of 2018.  It was used by East Moline man Kyle Medinger, who died of a heroin overdose.  He pleaded guilty to two counts of distribution of heroin in Rock Island County back in September of 2020.   Two others were also charged in the case.

The 21-year-old boyfriend opened fire on his girlfriend and her 4-year-old son after breaking into her mobile home. She’d suffered multiple gunshot and stab wounds. Her 4-year-old son had also been shot in the head but survived. Detectives discovered signs of forced entry to a window on the home’s back door. The child was transported to University of Alabama at Birmingham Hospital in critical condition. A California woman has been charged with killing her three young children in Los Angeles earlier this month. The 30-year-old woman is charged with three counts of murder, with an allegation of using a knife as a deadly and dangerous weapon against her youngest child, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office said Monday in a news release. It was not immediately clear if she had an attorney who could comment on her behalf. She admitted to drowning her 3-year-old daughter Joanna, her 2-year-old son Terry and 6-month-old daughter Sierra during a jailhouse interview with KGET-TV. The attack occurred April 10…
